Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautions

To All Dear Customers:

With the current concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to let you know that your health and safety are extremely important to us. We remain committed to providing our products in a safe and sanitary environment and are talking extra precautionary measures. We have intensified our stringent sanitary practices and implemented an updated Food Safety and Handling Procedure that includes extra steps in effectively cleaning and sanitizing all areas within our stores and highlights the importance of practicing good personal hygiene, especially during this critical time.

Notes:

  • Increased sanitization of high-traffic spaces and touch points such door handles, chairs, point-of-sale area. (e.g. registers and kiosks), in addition to drink equipment and work stations with food-safe cleaners.
  • We have urged our team members to keep us informed if they are not feeling well and have emphasized the importance of practicing good personal hygiene (e.g. handwashing) before and after shifts.
  • You amy have noticed adjusted hours of operation or temporary store closings - this is all in an effort to increase everyone's safety. Please check with your local store.
  • Most of our products come to you fully sealed, and our straws are always individually wrapped. All of these existing and additional steps allow us to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

We appreciate your continued support and are closely monitoring the latest developments and following recommended protocols from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

DO NOT forget to take steps to protect yourself!

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow
  • Clean AND disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
